Honor to the winegrowers! Thanks to them and one of their defenders named Marcelin Albert, laws, still in force, have been voted to regulate a natural wine: from grapes and not from chemistry. This popular and moving show tells the story of the Languedoc vine from antiquity to the present day.
A popular Languedoc revolt in favour of the vine and for natural wine in an amazing sound and light show.
This is an ode to the attachment of men to his vines and wine. For the occasion, Group OC used rare documents associated with a staging with modern techniques. The songs evoke the history, the legends and the dream of the Languedoc civilization. The extras, costumed in the style of the early twentieth century, sing fervently and form lively scenes with the banners of the 1907 wine-makings revolt. This dynamic show also includes monumental video projections. Languedoc landscapes, evocative wine-making atmospheres, unprecedented cinematographic shots on the work of the vineyard at the beginning of the 20th century are synchronized with musical performance and scenography. This richness in diversity brings rhythm to this captivating and moving musical show.
